Depending on your Internet browser and the settings for the PDF reader program, the PDF file may automatically download and open in your browser. If you receive a prompt for opening or saving the PDF file instead, skip to step 4. Apparently, this is a normal behavior for Microsoft Edge since the browser itself is also designed as a PDF reader. You can still view the PDF file by using a different program after downloading it to your PC. As a workaround, you can right-click the PDF file from the browser and then select Save target as in order to download it.
